While on tour with Al Green in Europe, I had the
pleasure of re-acquainting myself and listening to some of my favorite artists.
The experience inspired me to write this CD.
I would write a song, play it for fellow musicians and the audience, and the
feedback was extremely positive.
I then decided to concentrate on my solo career based on the feedback from this
CD.
I did not take into consideration the genre I was composing, I just felt what
was in my heart, hence the title " Piece Of My Heart".
Composing and playing this music helped generate happiness and peace with
myself.
