About vocals

Vocalist (from the Latin words vox – “voice” and vocalis – “sounding”) – a musical profession, a role in a musical collective, involves the performance of various vocal parts.

Psychosomatic reactions to some types of musical art

Music at all times, since its inception, has been used as a means of influencing people’s consciousness. With its help, different goals were achieved. Knowledgeable people wisely approached the musical design of their events.

Gregory I was a man who knew what he wanted to achieve through music. And he was not alone in his attitude to music. Continue reading

He graduated with honors from the Medical and Surgical Academy, defended his dissertation for a doctor of medicine, was among such prominent figures of Russian science as A.M. Butlerov, D.I. Mendeleev, I.I. Sechenov, S.P. Botkin. But the work of the learned physician did not prevent him from composing musical works: romances, symphony concerts, and creating his main brainchild – the opera Prince Igor. For 17 years he worked on opera. Music inspires her, awakens patriotic feelings. French composer Hector Berlioz touched medicine. Born in the family of a doctor, at the insistence of his father he studied medicine, but also was fond of poetry, art, music.

He entered the Paris Conservatory. Berlioz created several symphonies, the vocal and dramatic trilogy “The Childhood of Christ”. His opera Beatrice and Benedict is especially famous for Shakespeare’s comedy, Much Ado About Nothing. The bright, cheerful music of the opera creates a wonderful mood, ignites with fun and humor.
